TheWAHMmagazine seeks interns interested
in digital magazine production and editorial. Responsibilities will include
working closely with the editor-in-chief and other columnists, editors and
designers on production, learning the decision-making process, helping work
with the content-management system to produce the magazine, light copyediting
and proofreading and possibly other administrative tasks associated with
production of our digital edition. TheWAHMmagazine is the only content-driven
digital magazine for work-at-home parents and its mission is dedicated to
validating, empowering, encouraging, educating and supporting work-at-home
parents. TheWAHMmagazine internship is an un-paid

necessary information/documentation required by your academic institution to
prove that you are an intern and have completed the internship. Internships will run for a minimum of six
months (or one semester depending upon institutional requirements). Interns
will need to be available a minimum of 15 hours per week, and be required to
attend editorial meetings (held on the second Monday of every month) in our
on-line VOIP conference room. You may also be asked to participate in Webinars
and to join the Folio Media Pro network and other social networks that relate
to theWAHMmagazine. There may be the opportunity to provide editorial content
based upon proficiency and writing experience on the blog and in the magazine.
Interns will be listed on the masthead of the magazines for the issues in which
they are interns. Interns may be asked to stay longer if mutually agreed upon
by editorial staff and the intern. This is a telecommuting position. Those
selected for internship candidacy will also be asked to have a short telephone
interview. We may also ask for additional supporting materials such as a
